Knitted garments may vary in minor differences in length or width due to the nature of the yarn and knitting process. We have made all checks and measures to ensure that the finished garments are of a high quality and nothing is marked or damaged (unless otherwise specified, or marked as “sample”).
Please note: sale products and products marked as “sample” are sold as described and are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In the very unlikely event that a purchased item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.
If there is an item you would like to purchase that is marked “out of stock”, please contact us by email and we will advise you further on its availability.
When items can be ordered before manufacture, you will be given the opportunity to make a pre-order purchase.
Payment is to be made in European Union Euros (€). International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed using PayPal, a secure and trusted online payment gateway. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use the service.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days from date of order.
All orders are delivered by Colissimo with tracking number. All deliveries will have tracking enabled and require a signature upon receipt.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the full responsibility of the buyer. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
We are happy to refund or replace unworn/unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, with packaging and swing tag still attached. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited through the original payment method used for purchase.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs to return an item to us, unless the item is faulty. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive it. If we approve the refund we will aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. We strongly recommend you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
