We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days from date of order.
All orders are delivered by Chronopost with tracking number. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the full responsibility of the buyer. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
We are happy to refund or replace unworn/unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Please fill in the returns request form below.
All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, with packaging and swing tag still attached. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited through the original payment method used for purchase.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs to return an item to us, unless the item is faulty. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive it. If we approve the refund we will aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. We strongly recommend you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Please note: sale products and products marked “sample” cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
